Jennifer Slay is an award-winning speaker, co-founder of AWL Partners, accomplished entrepreneur, and dynamic facilitator with over 26 years of experience as a Social Worker. She made history as the first Black senior administrator at King’s University College, where she serves as the Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Decolonization. Known for her passion for collaboration and her ability to inspire, Jennifer is a strong advocate and activist who drives meaningful change in her community and beyond.
